The Challenge
Header navigation links are too close together making clickable targets smaller which decreases the click-through-rate (CTR).
Overwhelming Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons that might irritate users, causing increase in bounce rate and drop-off rate.
A need to redesign the website interface to meet the Helpling’s new marketing objectives that aim to target affluent audiences.
Colour palette of the website looks too dull. Consumers may assume that it is behind time or lacking in innovation and growth.
